
Newport Diamonds guarantees that the quality of all of our merchandise and every effort is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If you receive your merchandise with any initial defects, you will need to contact us within five days of receipt for prompt replacement.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred in transit so please report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement, exchange, or refund (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). All products returned must be in the original state they were received.
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Control Associates. Items that show signs of wear, items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging, or items that have been altered or modified in any way will not be accepted for replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment only.
To return, exchange, or replace the merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

Please read the information on the back of your shipping documentation and include the document with your return. If you do not have the original documentation, you may print and complete the Return Form, or simply provide us with your name, address, phone number, and order number on a separate piece of paper.

Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-895-8897 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number will need to be written on the outside of your return packaging.

Pack the items to be returned (in the original packaging if possible), and include your shipping documentation or a return purchases form with your name, address, phone number and order number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package. For security reasons, please do not write Newport Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box.

Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail insured for the total value of the contents, with return receipt for confirmation that your package has been received by us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning an item because it was defective or not as ordered, Newport Diamonds will reimburse you for the cost of the shipping as long as it is shipped via US Postal Service per the instructions above. You must include a copy of the postage receipt in order to receive reimbursement.
